Important Policies Late to class Students are to be seated in class by the designated posted time, or they will be counted as late. Once they have entered the classroom they are not permitted to leave for any reason. Students are responsible for having all of their materials with them. The bathroom should be used in between classes. Homework Policy Homework should be copied into planners at the beginning of class. During this time the previous nights’ homework will be checked. Homework is checked daily (25 points per day) and students will receive one grade for the entire week. If students have their homework, and it is complete, they will receive 25 points towards the week’s homework grade. Missing homework (anything that is not with the student) will receive zero points. Students will not be allowed to go to their lockers for their homework. Incomplete homework or homework that doesn’t have any work on the paper will receive 5 points. Attendance policy and makeup work Students have five days to make up work when absent. It can be handed in earlier if complete.
